In this half day workshop, you’ll create your very own yule log (or bûche de noël as the French say). You’ll bake the sponge, roll it, mix your icing and decorate it, to finally emerge with this decadent alternative to Christmas pudding. Who knows, you may just decide to make it a year round tradition!

You’ll also be baking a batch of festive jammy biscuits, perfect for gifting.

 

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience and runs for 3 hours.
